Andrew "Vince" Venson is the man credited for putting the whole aggregation together, bringing a style and presence that is hard to follow. With bass playing is rooted in the school of funk, jazz, and country, Vince got his start in a small town called Gobler, Missouri. His singing around the farm prompted his mother to enter him into a talent show where he would realize his passion. After moving to Troy, New York, Vince began his education picking up the trombone, piano, and various other instruments until stumbling upon one in particular. "I was walking home from the boys club one evening when I heard a sound coming from a hotel. This was the first live band I'd ever heard, and the sound of the bass filling up the room and the band was like magic to me." He knew from then on that the bass was his instrument. His first axe was a four string acoustic guitar as his parents could not afford much more. This newfound love and talent for the bass led Vince to the doorsteps of the greats. As warm up band, he has touched some of the premier entertainers such as Janis Joplin, BB King, The Ohio Players, Billy Stewart, Ronnie Lauws, Stanley Turntine, and Bobby Humphry. He has played with the likes of Maurice and Earl and Miss Maggie's Children, backing up Arthur Connelly and Peaches and Herb. After moving to Columbus, Ohio in 1969, Vince put his own band together called "The Seeds of Fulfillment". This group traveled the country and along the way worked with Al Jarreau, Les McCann, The Four Ments, and The Platters.

Music has been Vince's life for the past 40 years. With his silky smooth voice and solid bass playing, this is one man that must be seen to be believed.
